I have never made stuffed zucchini blossoms, but I have always wanted to!
Here is a recipe from epicurious:

I recently saw a recipe for floral honey. Again, I haven't made it--though I want to!--
she says you can use dandelions or lilacs (maybe too late for lilacs) and other common flowers with a pretty smell:

I think the safest bet is to put chive blossoms on a salad. We see them in all the gardens right now. They are really pretty and they taste like chives--mildly onion-y.
