Are you looking to buy or make it? Are you avoiding all corn including vinegar and gums and all that?

Brianna's dressings are really good. DS LOVES the poppyseed they make. He has a low level corn allergy and never had an issue with it. I like the blush wine.

Kraft actually has a cucumber dressing that is vegan.

Braggs also has a vinaigrette we use.

I make my own mayonnaise, and then make thousand island dressing with my mother's zucchini relish (she uses cider vinegar) and a ketchup I found at the health food store that doesn't have any corn in it. I also make my own viniagrette that has cider vinegar, minced garlic, a little onion powder, sea salt, pepper, basil, and dry mustard in it. I also make coconut milk yogurt and I use that as a base for a dill dip (a little mince onion and dillweed, sea salt & pepper) and I use that for a veggie dip or can be used as a dressing. Bottled dressings? I haven't found any that are safe for us but I gave up a little while ago.

I second the Brianna's dressings.

Here is the website.

http://www.briannassaladdressing.com/products.html

If you click on >>products and then click on individual dressings, it will give you the ingredients. I peeked at them for you, though, because I know how overwhelming it can be to try and do all of this yourself.

The ginger mandarin is corn/dairy/grape free.

If grape free means wine free then you are limited, the lemon tarragon has dijon mustard as an ingredient, which has white wine in it, but that is a trace amount. I don't know how grape free you need to be.

The Zesty Fench, and Poppy Seed, Real French Vinaigrette have white vinegar. Is that grape based? Otherwise it's in the clear.

I'm new to being corn-free, so this thread is great for me to read!!! But I wanted to say that it is my understanding that white vinegar comes from corn - so those probably would not be safe.

Does the Kraft Cucumber Ranch have dairy in it? I forgot to mention that we can't have dairy either, doh.

The ranch has buttermilk powder in it, so probably some dairy.

Also white vinegar can be corn derived and Xantham Gum is corn sugar. Depends on how severe the corn allergy is. Some don't have reactions to these.

I don't know if you're willing to make your own, but here's my new favorite concoction:

miso paste

maple syrup

sesame tahini

olive oil

apple cider vinegar
enough water to achieve the consistency you like

I make a big batch of this and it lasts a long time. I don't even use a blender, I just whisk the thinner stiff into the thicker stuff. I'm telling you, this dressing is delicious!

I emailed Brianna's and they sent me a reply about their dressings. Xanatham Gum is corn derived and is in all of their dressings.
