<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up"> I ordered a few of their one size inserts to try for my nighttime FB stuffing. They sent me the inserts, which look great, and included a little slip of paper stating that these particular inserts were part of a lot that was known to have seam unraveling issues, so, they will be sending me "replacement" inserts free of charge, and I don't have to return the ones I've already got. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/thumb.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="thumbs up"><br><br>
What great customer service... not waiting for a problem to occur, instead nipping it in the bud and making a really positive statement for their business. I am impressed!

So funny you write this..I was going to post the same thing!! I got inserts in August, and they are unraveling a little, so I called today and they are going to send me new ones! I was so happy. What a great company--customer service is sooo important to me. I will definately order from there again!

I just got my 6 pk of FB plus one bug print from Cotton Babies in the mail today (and they're in the wash right now). I got the same little slip and was talking with my friend, telling her how impressed I am by their customer service. I've heard such good things about their inserts that I can't wait to try them out tomorrow.

I got the same note in our batch of FB late September. I wasn't sure if I would have to call to request the inserts or not, so I called and talked to Jenn. She was so nice and explained that the replacement inserts would be shipped to me automatically, no need to call. So far the ones she sent originally have held up beautifully, but it has only be a few weeks of use. She said I should expect my replacement inserts around the end of October. Wonderful customer service! We'll order from them again when our new baby is ready for medium FBs (we ordered a batch of larges for our toddler son).

I can concur that Cottonbabies has great CS. They were good about cancelling an order for me once, and recently my uninsured Diva Cup got lost in the mail and they told me to call if it wasn't resolved and they'd see what they could do (it was initially delivered to the wrong address and eventually arrived). I've been using their inserts for 7 months and haven't had any problems with the stitching.

Thanks for posting this thread. I really go out of my way to patronize businesses that feature customer service as a top priority. It is SO RARE these days!<br><br>
I will definitely try them out!<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"> Laura
