I'm 18 and I lost my virginity just a few hours ago. It was unprotected the second time and he did not pull out. About an hour and a half after, I felt nauseous, I had a headache, and I had mild stomach cramps (didn't last long). Right now I am really hungry. Is there any possible way that this could be very, very early pregnancy symptoms?

No, they couldn't be early pregnancy symptoms but, as you've had unprotected sex then you could certainly become pregnant. It would be a good idea to see your health care provider ASAP. Apart from the possibility of pregnancy, unless your partner has never been sexually active before then you will probably need some STI tests.

You could go take the morning after pill as well. FYI, pregnancy is always a possibility with unprotected sex with a man, so unless you are wanting to start early with struggling for many years, use protection of some sort and use it correctly.

I wouldn't recommend "the morning after pill" because of the way it works. As I understand it, it prevents a baby from implanting in your uterus. I believe life is precious from the moment a sperm cell joins an egg cell. Condoms prevent sperm from making it to the egg, so that you don't make babies.

I would check with the local student health service, but pregnancy symptoms don't show up 5 days after conception. It takes longer than that for the fertilized egg to implant.
