I miscarried at 17 weeks (d&c) when I found out our baby had stopped growing around 9 weeks, it wasn't until today that I remember that we had the salmonella tainted peanut butter here at my house and that I had eaten nearly half the jar before I found out it was bad, which was also around the time the baby died. I had wondered at the time (when we found out it was tainted) if I had salmonella as I was quite sick but I had such bad morning sickness that I figured that must be it. Now that I know I miscarried around that time I just wondered if that could have contributed or caused it. Of course there is nothing to do about except for future knowledge in a pregnancy. Anyone know if salmonella can cause complications or miscarriage?
