A friend of mine has a lovely crab apple tree just waiting to be harvested. Does anyone have any recipes they'd like to share?

my husband's grandma used to make really yummy crabapple jelly, but she died before I got the recipe. It's probably similar to any other fruit jelly (maybe just a little more sugar is needed).
