So I have been having what I am told are B-H cxs (no pain, just a fullness/tightness like this babe is stretching all spreadeagle and ready to burst out of my belly.) Then, yesterday I fell. Not on my belly. I fell on 1 knee and hit my head pretty hard on the wall. My head hurts though no bruise or visible bump/swelling. My belly kind of hurt when I went to sleep - how to describe - when I laid on my side it felt like it was so big it was pulling me over. Then I woke up today and feel kind of crampy. No blood, no discharge. I noticed fetal movement when I was up at 2:30am, but none since (I was sleeping.) I fully admit it could be gas (TMI here - because I am ALWAYS gassy when I get up) but this is a little crampy.

Should I be worried? Should I call my mw? My rational instinct is that it is fine and I wouldn't be worried if I was pg, but my panic attack side says what if something is wrong?!

I would say everything is fine based on what you have said. Since there is no bleeding or discharge. I have had cramps for the last 2 weeks off and on, I think as you get nearer to the end of the pregnancy you do start cramping. My dr says it is normal anyhow so : Just keep an eye on fetal movements this morning and if you are still concerned go ahead and call. At least then you'll be more at ease. HTH.

I am due on 3-30, and I've been having similar cramps and pelvic pain for the past three days. I saw my chiropractor this morning, and had some cramps right there while I was lying on the table. She said it's all totally normal, that it's the hormones, Relaxin and whatnot doing their job.
