Anyone have any easy bread recipes that are GF, WF, EF and DF? I've tried countless recipes and most have been with rice flour which just does NOT do it for me. We can eat just about any flour expect wheat and oat.

It's the fresh out of the oven, soft, warm bread that I really miss since going allergy-free for my DD. I'd love a recipe that might work well for rolls that I can freeze, as well (read someone made fresh millet rolls - these aren't allergy-free, by chance?!?).

Thanks!!

It would be considered wheat free but not gluten free.
Gluten grains are rye, spelt, triticale, wheat, barley and oats (unless certified gluten free- due to cross contamination).

You might also consider checking out the allergies forum. We're a very friendly bunch, I promise, and love to help whenever we can. We also have an allergen-free recipes sticky at the top of the forum which may be helpful.
