Ok so Im new here and have absolutley no idea what "cc if you pay fees" means, or "funded"

Im not sure how/if this is different than my paypal account. Can someone give me a newbie lesson please

"Funded" means that it comes out of your bank account (or out of your Paypal account, if your paypal account has money in it). There are no fees.

"CC" means that you pay with a credit card. When you do that, the recipient is charged a fee for the transaction. That's why people frequently ask that you pay the credit card fee.
