I've made that one. It works up very fast. I don't know if it actually wears well, because I made mine in blue and then had a girl. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> (My poor daughters are called boys often enough without asking for it!)<br><br>
I've also freehanded one; it's fairly simple if you have a newborn onesie nearby. You can even use a fancy term, coture crochet. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/winky.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Wink"> Unsnap the onsie, start at the crotch, & work your way up, putting your work on the garment now & then to check your progress.
