Has anyone ever had curdled kefir?<br><br>
I strained my kefir, but I left it on the counter and within 6 hours, the whey was on top (it is usually on the bottom) and the kefir underneath looks curdled...<br><br>
Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?<br><br>
Can I use it to bake with, or should I throw away?<br><br>
