I am curious about the future of homeschooling regulations across the US. I enjoy very little govermental snooping in TN and wish it to remain so. Can anyone point me to good sites to look into to see what is happening with legislation currently, and what folks who are really involved in this think may happen in the future. I really want to be an advocate of keeping things the way they are, or giving hs families a tax credit since we don't use public resources to educate our children.

HEM is a good place. You could also go directly to your state legislature's website and search for bills that have been proposed.
