Is this something to be concerned about? We're getting ours this weekend and I'm sure dd will be all over it. Not about to spend a ton of $ on an organic one.

we just wash our tree thoroughly before it comes in the house. My partner takes a hose to it, to get all the dust and pollen off it (we have allergies and this drastically reduced any issues we had prior to doing this). I think that might help reduce any pesticide issues.
