It's a Duck Halloween costume for toddlers, made by Funstuff. It is a one piece with snaps at the crotch. There's a duck on the chest with a voicebox-when you push it it QUACKS and it has a duck bill on the hood. It's really cute! It was only worn for a couple of hours last year, and washed twice (before and after wear) so it is in excellent condition, with no stains, spots or Size is 18 months. I'm asking $10 ppd. I accept non CC paypal.
