Well, I decided to get this going early because otherwise I will forget. Prego brain...
I am posting yesterday's food because I am quite proud of how well I did.

Breakfast:
bagel, cream cheese, apple juice, coffee

snack:
ryvita with peanut butter

lunch:
tomato-basil soup, tofurkey sandwich on ciabatta with lettuce and tomato

snack:
hazelnut biscotti, cranberry spritzer

dinner:
giant salad with candied pecans, apples, and citrus dressing; tomato-basil flatbread

snack: slice of pumpkin bread

Ta DAHHH! I never squeeze in that much food! I am pretty proud of myself. More later (today's menu...)

Yesterday was only a so so day for me. Not awful, but a lot of carbs...

so for today...
breakfast:
smoothie (hemp milk, hemp protein powder, froz cherries, banana)
1/3 c oj to mix with my Floradix
home made pumpkin muffin (small)

lunch:
tofurkey and soy cheese sandwhich on home made wheat bread
carrot sticks

snack:
apple

dinner:
lentil soup
crispy over kale

I am really pleased with the menu today
The muffins are low fat and super low sugar, very very healthy and really good...
