I did pretty badly today. I had the GTT this morning and was really queasy... maybe because I ate so early. So I had:
breakfast: cottage cheese, crackers, peach, coffee with soy milk
snack: orange GTT drink
lunch: 1/2 soy chicken sandwich, cup of lentil soup
snack: potato chips
Dinner: going out- uncertain but it will include some sort of cheesecake if I have my way.... : not that I like cheesecake- it is strictly for the baby.

You had oats, potato and raspberries. Those count. Well, maybe not the oats as they tend to be put in grains, but depending on the size of the potato it might count as 2 servings.

And I had a banana in my granola just now. But potato's don't really count as veggies do they? I thought they were more of a grain. And oats are definitely more of a grain.

Potatoes are a starch, but definitely a veggie. I really need to break out my old nutrition books... It had pages and pages of how much of what made a serving and the nutritional breakdown of fat/carb/prot and all the major vitamins and minerals of specific foods.
