What do you call it on here, the bblp? Baby Bjorn little potty?

She got it in the mail today. I put her on it and she was just so cute. She was happy for 20 minute the first time I sat her on it. I sat in front of her and played with her. I waited and waited to hear her pee but I never heard anything but a little gas. I made the raspberry sound at her right after that so I hope it worked to make a connection in her mind. When I took her off the potty it had a half inch of pee in it! I was surprised! Why couldn't I hear it hitting the plastic bowl of the potty? I have normal to above average hearing, but an extremely short attention span so maybe I was looking away. I dunno. How do you know when your Dc are going as they sit on the potty?

This is fun! Dd's constant diaper rash is just a memory. Oh and Ds is so thrilled to use his potty. He's only messed one diaper all day! And that was while we were out buying groceries. Woohoo! I need to get my cutie-boy some cloth training pants.

They are cute on the little potty, aren't they? I often don't hear the pee, esp if it's more of a dribble pee then an I-really-had-to-go pee. I peek in the front or sometimes she'll relax and pause while playing. If you put a piece of tp in the bottom it's easier to see sometimes.

i sometimes don't hear it either, i just peek under to see if there is pee in there, or sometimes she'll make relieved face after she's done....

I've noticed that she'll bend over at the waist right before going. She went on the potty first thing this morning. It's so neat.
