Right after dd woke up yesterday, she was sitting in her chair pouring cereal, I had ran to the bathroom, I hear a crash and her start crying. I run in, see blood all over her mouth, and find three of her teeth pushed back. I had to call around to find a dentist who would see her. I had been taking dd to a pediatric dentist 65 miles away, and there was no way we would drive that distance as hysterial as dd was. Anyway we found one, I used to go to him and really liked him, they pulled dd's teeth back, but they wouldn't stay, they kept moving back. This dentist is just a family dentist, he was really heistant as what to do next so he called down to dd's pediatric dentist who said that he would pull them, there was nothing else to do. he thought the root was so damaged that the teeth would die anyway, and when this dentist pulled them out, they were barely in there.
It was so hard, dd did wonderful, I think it was harder on me then her. I'm having to give her Tyenol with Codeine for the pain, I had never given dd Tyenol before, but she is really hurting.

What should do I do now? Is there anything I can do to speed up the healing process? Poor dd, her face is so swollen, I'm giving her Arnica, but that's about it. The bad thing was none of those teeth had cavities in them, she has 5 cavitites that are still small enough now that we've just been watching them closely. I can't brush her teeth 3 times a day like we'd been doing, she can't put anything in her mouth, it hurts her too much. She was eating with her fingers last night which she hated.
I know it's going to be a while before I'll be able to get a tooth brush in there, I've been making her rinse with water after the medication, and etc...

My ds, 2 1/2, just had 4 teeth pulled yesterday plus some caps. Luckily I did have a few days before to plan for ths so I bought extra Arnica(pain) and Rescue Remedy(stress), I had on hand Hypericum(pain) and Chamomelia(calm), and used all, not at once though. I am bummed I forgot to find Phosporus because I read that would help with bleeding and he does have some oozing. We are so blessed that he was not and is not too uncomfortable. I do not know if it was the homeopathics, but believe.
The four teeth pulled are his upper 4 front, so he is quite sadened he can't eat as usual. I am sad as well. His character is so lively that I hope this does not dent it. That is what I am worried about most now.
You are in my thoughts. This is no fun.

Hugs to you and your dd.
You might just give her the toothbrush and ask her to brush whereever she wants just to encourage and keep the continuity. When dd had extractions, she rinsed with salt water. The main objective was to keep the site extremely clean, the body will do the healing. Vitamin C in sodium ascorbate form would be good too.
