I'm on the last day of a week-long course of antibiotics, and have spent yesterday and all day today nauseous. If i don't eat I get nauseous, if I do eat I get nauseous. The only two things that have helped are ginger (and I've eaten half a pound in 2 days), and yogurt. I started eating my dinner and had to put it away and get a bowl of yogurt instead. What else can I eat to help reestablish an equilibrium? I will be going shopping in the morning, so I need to figure out what to add to my normal list.

I would think the nausea will go away within a day or so after you stop the antibiotics. I'd just recommend the usual probiotics or cultured foods to restore the good gut bacteria.
