Call the Attorney General's office of consumer affairs for your state and lodge a complaint. What horrible service your daughter is receiving from that company.

I am so upset about this. So tired. I am really thinking about driving down there on Tuesday and speaking to the superviser in person. Maybe I can call and make an appt Monday afternoon when Nitara comes home from her procedure. I have complained to insurance but they don't seem to care. That is a good idea to call BBB and Attorney General's office. The sad thing is, this happens to so many families. We rant and rave on my tube-feeding board about this all the time. I feel like no one cares.

Holy heck what an absolute nightmare you're dealing with. I agree with the others - BBB and State AG in addition to insurance. If they're billing insurance for things you're not getting, you can tell the insurance co they're committing insurance fraud. THey tend to be a little more interested in that.<br><br>
Are they a local company? Any way you could pick up the supplies each month? I know it would be a major hassle, but at least you wouldn't need to do the back and forth crap.

Yep I am going to tell insurance and I'm also going to speak to a supervisor at the HH company and ask to come in there personally maybe Tuesday. I would love to pick up the supplies. There is a warehouse somewhere in Phoenix and maybe I'll start doing that. At least I can refuse to leave until I have it all.
