We live in a hot climate. There haven't been any noticable changes in ds's nursing or water intake. His diapers have been dryer and more strong-smelling than usual. I'm a little worried. Could he be dehydrated?
Hm.... well, it sounds like he's not getting as much liquid. If you're really concerned about dehydration, you should check with your doc.
Does he drink water or other liquids?
My kids have water bottles that they carry around all day (well, mostly they drop them around, but that's another story), and it does help. Offer water with each meal as well. And offer to bf more often too -- sometimes toddlers get so busy they forget to drink!
