Any one have any idea who I can call/see/plead with to find one? I've been calling realtors all day and this is evidently the Holy Grail of homes. I'm coming into town Monday and we really can't afford to spend a whole lot of time/money at a motel.

It's hard to find as the housing stock in Boston in VERY old. We own our house and it isn't deleaded. We repainted everything before we had our dd and replaced the windows. It is my understanding that the main danger with lead is ingesting it or airborn particles. Painting over lowers the chance of ingesting (no paint to chip) and replacing the old wooden window with metal ones lowers the chance of lead paint dust. You might try calling the mayor's office of neighborhood services. They have a deleading program so they might be able to help you.
