It seems to me that Birthing From Within is mostly geared to mamas who are planning hospital births but wanting to avoid interventions. If I remember correctly, it outlines positive steps/approaches to take. I don't know of any books that deal with home birth transfers, but I could be wrong. Perhaps there are some articles on gentlebirth or midwiferytoday???
