I have had severe PPD. Please call someone. Things will get better. Come over to the Traditonal foods forum and click on the "The Project" thread. ((hugs)) you are talented in your writing skills mama. This post took me there, where you are. I have been there and still kinda am. You should consider writing to ease your pain

I agree with the above post. Please find someone to talk to. It is so difficult to deal with your feelings and thoughts alone. Sometimes when we are alone our minds/thoughts get the better of us and we become overwhelmed. Is their someone you trust to talk to (pastor, friend, relative) someone you know isn't judgemental and who has your best interest at heart? When I was suffering with PPD I was <b>consumed</b> by my thoughts, so much so that all iIwanted to do was sleep (to escape) and cry. My thoughts are with you.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/hug.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="hug">
