Ok, so its really involving a lot of screaming and tears from ds1... but its funny, cause' he insisted! DH said "Ok, I'm gonna jump in the shower.." to which ds1 replied "oh! Me too! I'm dirty! See?! I'm dirty!!" (pointing to his perfectly clean shirt, but it is true he hasn't had a bath in a few days, cause, heres the kicker, he *HATES* baths/showers ). So of course, DH couldn't refuse him - I mean, he's *NEVER* told us he *WANTED* a shower before!! So... now DH gets to listen to him scream and cry about getting the shower that he demanded and DH (very!) reluctnantly agreed to

Of course, I'm completely amused, because you know, it is kinda funny.

Kids are weird.

The other day I put dd in the tub and left the water running and left the room. When I came back she had her head tipped back under the faucet to wet her hair. Except that when I rinse her hair, with a cup or in the shower she FREAKS. But apparently tossing your head back under the faucet going full blast is completely different than mommy gently rinsing your hair.
