DD's multivitamin has some fish oil in it - it is listed as 100 mcg of DHA from fish oil. I'm trying to figure out if this is enough or if we should do a separate supplement. How much DHA do you give your kids? How did you come to that number? She'll be 4 in April and weighs about 35 lbs.
