I've stayed out of this forum for a while because you all are way too tempting and we're trying to save money to move with, but I have a dilema! I don't even know how to post the details w/o everyone figuring out who I'm talking about so I'll be as discreet as possible and hope that I don't offend the person.

I ordered a custom diaper a few months ago. After 5-6 weeks I hadn't gotten the diaper and hadn't gotten an update. I emailed her for an update and still hadn't heard within a couple days so I joined her yahoo group and sent her a message there. Still nothing. Finally a couple days later I got a response. She said that I was next on her list. A coule of days after that she emailed me and said that my design was too complicated and her machine couldn't handle it. Well, that was understandable. The design was complicated and it sounded like she really tried to get it resolved and get it done. She said that she was having paypal issues and would refund my money in a day or two. About a week later my money was refunded.

Fast forward to a month ago. She is the only person that I know of who does birthday diapers so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided to order one from her. I emailed her first and asked what her turn around time was. She said 2-3 weeks, giving priority to birthday diapers. Perfect. Just to be sure I asked if she would be able to have my ds's diaper done by his birthday. She said "no problem, guarenteed". I thought about it and decided to do it. That was 3.5 weeks ago. My ds's birthday is on Tuesday and I still don't have the diaper. There are only 2 mail days between now and then (unless it shows up ON his birthday, which would suck because I wanted to have pro pics done first thing that morning in the diaper) and I'm stressing out about whether or not it will make it. I don't even know if she's sent it. I emailed her 2 days ago asking for an update and saying I wanted to "be sure it would still be here by Tuesday". She hasn't responded. I don't know what else to do. To make matters worse, she just sold her business so I am concerned that she may not care one way or another whether or not her orders get turned out on time. On the other hand I feel like I should just be patient. I DO still have Saturday and Monday's mail and it may very well get here before then, but I'm worried. I mean, I guess the worst that happens is I don't have the diaper or it shows up on Tuesday and I don't get the pics that I want, but it's frustrating. Any ideas?

Does she have a phone number you can call her at

Just an idea....I would give her a call if I were in your situation.

You have a right to know~I'm sorry that you haven't got your dipe yet too! Hopefully it will be in your mail tomorrow!

Today's mail came and no dipe for me
Maybe I should email her again? I know that she's been online since I emailed her because she made a change to her website. I'm so frustrated right now!
