No you didn't miss it, they never said one word about it. Can you believe that? :

Why did they bother to promise to discuss it the next day then? Well, I think they really were going to discuss it, but then it came to light in the Jimmy Kimmel show the night before that Barbara Walters had lied, so it would be too embarassing for her to bring the whole thing up again? Her only argument was that it was the guy at the plane who was uncomfortable with NIP - not her... Lying is bad, but even worse when a reporter does it

and yes, the Jimmy Kimmel thing was a tough clip to put a "spin" on...

I will tape it today.... again! Maybe they wanted to wait until Meredith was back because she seems like an BF advocate?

I still think it would be a terrific topic for them to discuss if they do it right!

I get the feeling the ABC publicists advised them not to discuss the BF thing... b/c basically BW is like a deer caught in the headlights. We ALL know she lied and the proof is right there, if she had not lied, I bet they probably would have talked about it on the show, but since she was caught in a lie, I am thinking the execs think it is better to let this one blow over on its own (which of course ticks ME off!). I think it makes the show look bad that they said they would talk about it, and then wimped out... I think it makes them look especially unprofessional. I even watched today's show to make sure that they wouldn't talk about it today. Of course, I should have slapped myself in the head, b/c today elisabeth made some retarded comment about how jealous she was of her DH spending time with the baby and not paying attn to her. That's what I get for watching. My DH heard elisabeth's comment today too and said, "I think all the woman on that show are REALLY self absorbed." I must say, I agree with him. I think it's WONDERFUL that elisabeth's DH is spending time with the baby, I thought that is what all moms wanted.
