How do you feel about your decision to do stool tests?

What kind of results did you get? Were they easy to interpret?

Did your results demystify things for you or add to the confusion?

Thanks!

I did for my dd--the gluten and dairy panels. It confirmed what I'd already felt--just wanted another marker.
Her results are in my thread (all about dannic).

I thought it was helpful and hope to do this for all of us in the future.

Thanks Dannic, I will check out your thread. Were your results easy to interpret or did you have to go on a research expedition to sort through them all?

The results came with an explanation, and they also have a FAQ on their site about results. The other few ???'s I posted in my thread. DD came up with genes typical in those sensitive to gluten, tho from what others have said, almost anyone can have them...but she had two, which meant she has one from both DH and I. It all correlated with my understanding of her symptoms--I was primarily concerned with the autoimmune testing, which was negative.
