My mw assistant told me to wear a belly support to help with the pain & discomfort this is causing. I am 18 weeks with my fourth child, and I swear that I had a HUGE pooched out belly on the TOP for weeks before my real pregnancy belly started showing.

So, nowI am wonderin WHERE to get this belly support, and is it really a good idea? This was a new person I was with, and the kids were there and giving me fits, so I didn't get to talk with her much about what to do.
