I get that with low blood pressure.
Are you drinking enough?

my BP look great at the DRs last week (thur). maybe i should go to walgreens to check it?

There area few other things that can cause dizziness:

an inner ear infection/fluid, have you had a cold?
and near vasovagal syncope (I have had this and often didn't fully faint just got the dizziness)
hmmmm i will have to look into that. i am trying to eat some health but with a bit of sugar in them like juice and such

thank you mama for all you help

Could be a bunch of things. I have meniere's disease which basically means that I have intermittant vertigo from some inner ear thingie. Going to the chiropractor helps me a lot more than anything the ENT has come up with.

if your bp is low or sometimes its just low when standing up sitting down, changing activities up your liquids and salt.

Other than that you might be comming down with something I get that before I get a cold sometimes...
If you do eat sugar, it could be low blood sugar. Try cutting out all sugar and white flour for a few days and see if it goes away.
Check out "benign positional vertigo" - could be what's going on. The little stones in your ears that help maintain balance and equilibrium can get out of whack and cause harmless dizziness when you change position. Just a thought!

I experienced DH's world of a meniere's attack a few weeks ago. It was caused by fluid in my ears.

When I asked my doc about the occasional vertigo spells I've been getting for at least a couple of years, she explained about the little stones that form in the semi-circular canals (where balance control originates) and how those can get momentarily stuck, causing you to feel like you're moving when you're not. It is extremely disconcerting when that happens when I'm driving.

Her advice to me was to pay attention to it such that if it gets worse, we can send me to a specialist for treatment.
