Tea tree oil when you wash your dipes. A friend of mine recommended using it when I wash my dipes. As of right now, I use Tide free, baking soda and vinegar.

Oh, and does anyone else wash their rice paper liners. I read on a different board that you could "wash" them and re-use them once or twice. I never knew...

Thanks!!!!!!

We dont use liners, but I could not imagine washing diapers without TTO. We use it everytime in the prewash cycle.

I use about 10-12 drops for a large load of diapers.

We use it everytime and can tell when I dont. They don't have that as fresh smell if I forget. Interesting when we all use it. I use "Susan's Wash Method" and add 7 drops of TT to the last wash.

Yep, I love the smell of TTO. I use to really help with the sanitizing and to give them a nice clean smell. If I go for a while without using it, Sara gets rashy and red. The TTO just seems to get my dipes extra clean and I just adore the smell of laundry running with TTO in it. Makes my laundry room/kitchen(laundry room is directly off the kitchen) smell fabulous. Especially if the sun is streaming in through the window!

We use TTO in our hot cycle. Have been doing it for nearly 3 years. I add about 15 drops when I add the detergent. I add to my regular laundry when someone's sick.
