I am curious and for how much $? I went to Joanns tonight and they have nothing. I ordered on line with janelle and her prices were great but I thought maybe If I run out I can go to the store so I sometimes dont have to wait to get it in the mail-

nope, no place sells PUL unless they get it from Fabrite, if your looking for quite a bit of PUL though I would join a yahoo co-op for it, you can get it MUCH cheaper than Janelle's (like $5 a yard or so)
