Lachlan's 16 days old and poops constantly. Usually almost like a slow leak, so then he sits in poo. Sometimes a larger blow-out, but usually just small ones all day.

Is this normal?

Just wait until you get to the ped and find that your child has been gaining a pound a week. :p

Yes. It's probably just a lots-going-in-lots-coming-out issue. Le babe did it. He was born at the 5th percentile and jumped to the 50th by 2 months.

Wow! But actually that makes sense. He'd gained 6oz in 14 days and apparently that's quite a healthy gain. And he is eating a lot day and night. Guess he thought almost 9 pounds wasn't enough and he'd like to be a big guy
