A bunch of my AIOs have sewn in hemp soakers that get stiff if air dried. So I toss them in the dryer for a few minutes and then et them hang dry, but sometimes I forget to take them out. Does anyone know how bad it really is to dry PUL??

Only when I'm about to run out the door and they haven't had time to hang dry, yet! :LOL

When I used Kushies, I always put them in the dryer and never had a problem!

I do sometimes. Probably about half the time, actually. But I haven't had any long enough to know if it ruins them... I've been using some for 4 or 6 months and they are still fine?

NOOOO!! I am paranoid about killing them since this is only my first baby and I want to use them for any others we have. When they get crunchy from hanging dry, I do toss them in on low heat or air fluff for about 10 mins so they get soft again.

I only dry in the dryer on high heat. I don't take them out half way through the cycle and have not had a single diaper "ruined" by the dryer.

PUL is made for the mediacl community and is made to be autoclaved in very high heat. It also IMO performs better and more consistently when dried at least every now and then.
The dryer really does help the PUL more that it ruins it.
The only time you can not put PUL in the dryer is if it is a single piece of PUL the shiney side will stick together if you do this.
Also, be sure to check your wahm's warrenty, some do advise against the dryer and using it can void any warrenty.

Yup I do too, If I see the covers I will pull them out but 99% of the time they go through on hot

I have been drying mine on high in the dryer for the length I have been CDing (17 months now) and they are all fine!
