I can see why it'd make sense. I've just never experienced being light headed like this during AF. I've only felt this way during early pregnancy (and I am NOT pregnant, that is for sure!!).

Do you get light headed feeling during AF? Ugh, I just want the feeling to stop!

Ladies:

I use to get light-headed and dizzy in my early 20's during af. For me we figured that I was slightly anemic during af. I would make sure to eat extra helpings of my leafy greens and other foods w/ iron before/during af and that seemed to take care of the issue for me.

Light headed and exhausted, yes! I do try to double my iron supplements during that time, or make sure I eat eggs, spinach, prunes, etc and let myself get lots of rest.
