I haven't really spent a ton of time researching vitamins and supplements, but my gut tells me no. I don't give my sons vitamin D (I DID research that, and we get plenty of sunshine so I'm not worried about that), nor do I take any vitamins myself -- not even during pregnancy. I guess I just find it hard to believe that with all the grains, fruits and vegetables that I eat every day that I don't get what I need. However, when I'm sick/getting sick I do supplement with a variety of things.
