natural would be neat but I could only use it on my son. Since I have a preschool I have a big one that was inspected by licensing and they aren't into natural stuff so its just what is normally in a box. Even syrup of ipecac has to be in it even thought its not something we suppose to use anymore. Go figure that one out.
I do have maxie pads in it because they help stop bleeding better then just the bandages along. Learned that in my CPR class.
