I am like Angelica i have ds poopy dipes in a little pail by the toliet after they are washed........ and i dont use a pail liner....... when i did it was just cotton..... i just washed it and put another one in but now it is just wet dipes so i dont use them....... i just spray the pail down while the load is wahsing....
