Choose your temperament:

NF--Idealist
NT--Rational
SP--Artisan
SJ--Guardian

If you don't mind, list your full type--INFP or whatever.

I'm curious if the numbers are accurate for MDCs gen pop.

If you want to take the test, go here: http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp

Sharlla, it looks like you might have mixed up your letters a bit.

E/I preference
S/N preference
F/T preference
J/P preference

You can't be both N and S (well, you are, actually, but one is stronger than the other).

Huh. I wonder if many people get different answers when they take the test? I have always (since high school) been the same.

Sorry, my fault, I read your score as INSJ. Now it reads ISTJ, which works great! I must have misread.

My husband and I are both INTJ. Amanda knows us both well and has lots to say about that combination!

http://www.personalitytype.com/types/intj.html

(Introvert, Intuitive, Thinker, Judger)

People of this type tend to be: autonomous, aloof, and intellectual; imaginative, innovative, and unique; critical, analytical, and logical; intellectually curious, driven to learn and increase their competence and knowledge; socially cautious and reserved; organized and definitive.

The most important thing to INTJs is their independence and being able to live according to their own standards.

This is so interesting so far--Idealists and Rationals are supposed to be the least common types. Here, they are winning!

Guardians and Artisans are supposed to be more common!

Interesting!

Ahem, so like an INTJ to have that info readily accessible.

I'm ISTJ.

slightly expressed introvert
moderately expressed sensing personality
slightly expressed thinking personality
distinctively expressed judging personality

This is similar to my results when we did this at work about 9 years ago. I am strongly judging. : But not strongly anything else. Oddly, I was the only one in an office of about 20 lawyers with this combination, but when I clicked on the link today, law was one of the suggested careers.

INTP for a while now, doesn't seem to be widely distributed personality type
