less pregnant in the morning?
I know this is a strange Q, but it seems when I get out of bed all I have is a little tiny pooch in my lower belly. As the day wears on I notice it gradually protruding out a bit more. I imagine this has something to do with gravity, lying down for 8 hours. Just thought I'd ask and see if anyone else experiences anything like this.
I'm 12 weeks now.

Oh yes! And it's a day to day thing for me too. I looked super pregnant yesterday and a lot of people commented on it.

Today, I don't look pregnant at all! Go figure...

Yep-must be gravity combined with weak stomach muscles.

Not I but I feel less pg in the morning. Then as a little time goes by my belly starts to weigh me down as usual. It's huge!

Well, not at this stage of the pregnancy, but definitely for awhile there (probably through about 5-6 months). It would really bother me and I'd look for reassurance through fetal movement. Normal though.

I've noticed this, too, I figured it's since I'm a little dehydrated in the morning, so I try to drink lots of water in the morning. My belly is also bigger just after I've eaten a big meal - I figure my full stomach & intestines are pushing my uterus out a little.

Same thing with me..... I hardly look pregnant head on in the a.m. and I'm 5.5months! But as I fill my tummy with water and food it pops out again.

Yep, I think that's pretty normal.
IMO it has alot to do with not having eaten for 8+ hours, the more food/water you have in your tummy the bigger that part gets

I'm 21 weeks now and pretty much from the beginning I am 1 to 2 inches larger around my bellybutton at night than I am in the morning -- yes, I did measure.
