Hi mamas. I've been interested in learning some form of meditation for the past couple of years, and for some reason I just haven't taken the plunge to actually *do* it. It's almost like I'm resistant to it, or afraid, but I have no idea of what or why. I do know that I'm pretty bad at clearing my mind and not getting distracted (like when I'm lying down to go to sleep), so maybe I just am not sure if I can really do this.<br><br>
Anyway, I was wondering if any of you practice, and if so, how did you get started, and how does it affect your life now?<br><br>
I have plenty of time these days, and I figure now's as good a time as any, and it will probably be beneficial to both me and the babe.
