We do. We started in the very beginning (went vegan about 8 years ago), and I guess it's just habit now.<br><br>
Our eating has improved over the years, and we get a lot more produce from the farmer's market instead of the grocery store, eat a lot fewer processed foods, do drink supplemented soymilk. So, we may be getting enough b12 from our diet at this point, but I doubt we were at first.<br><br>
We usually do a sublingual pill, though I'm not a big fan of it.
