Well the title says it all LOL. I only used prefolds with DS so I am starting from scratch here. I usually only like side snapping but I didn't start using fitteds or AIOs at all until DS was 10 months so there were mobility issues that aren't really a factor with a newborn KWIM??

So which do you prefer...and why??

I like front snapping because there's less rolling around of the baby being changed. I prefer the snaps to aplix because they're quieter...........nothing like waking a sleeping baby while trying to change her

a front snapper until the baby is moving then a side snapper. Alek makes front snappers hang down and poop goes everywhere. ICK!

hmmm, i recall prefering side snapping since it seemed like i always had to move a curled up leg or two out of the way to get a front snapper closed. really though if it was a fitted we liked it.

those tiny diapers are so cute.

I liked aplix, either front or side. I found with my babes, just getting their bums naked was enough to stir them, not just the sound of the aplix. I always got a better fit with it, too. If they were snapping fitteds, then def. front snap.

Front aplix here. Like someone else said, just changing the baby always wakes 'em up. And the little diapers are bulky enough, front aplix just seems trimmer. And I can never get the fit I want with snaps. JMO.

Well those poll results are pretty inconclusive LOL! I guess I will have to get a little bit of each so I can test them out myself!
