She's really pretty good and I think it's sooo cute! But a friend of mine thought it was too sexual and said she wouldn't let her daughter dance like that...<br><br>

Well at the time I thought to show her the video, she had just got done showing me how she finally learned the dutty wine herself, and in adults it really is a somewhat sexual dance, so I guess she felt it was inappropriate for a child to dance like that. But I disagree. I see it as innocent. But then again I might not want my daughter dancing like that in public if some weirdo was staring at her.

Okay, I'm changing my answer. I'm now very disturbed by the little girl mimicking this - (someone posted that this shows an adult doing the dutty wine). This is why: Yeah, the little girl in the OP video looked cute and pretty innocent doing this dance (she was adorable actually), but she was MIMICKING this very sexual dance. So although she didn't actually do it 100%"correctly" she obviously was trying to mimic this dance, which is quite sexual.

I think the video in the OP was completely innocent and pretty cute. The little girl looked like she was having fun, and she didn't look like she was mimicking the far more sexual adult version of the dance. I have seen some kids imitating the more sexual version of it though, and it was rather disturbing...lots of pelvis thrusting, etc.

Well, the title of the dance is 'dutty wine' which from Jamaican to english would be translated as "dirty" wind. The little girl is doing it in a very childish way though and i think it's super cute. But I would NOT post that on the internet.

The little girl in the OP doen't look sexual at all. But yeah it seems she's mimicking a very sexual dance, which I think is inappropriate. I've seen some neighbor girls shaking there booties like some of the women and it's so not okay to me.
