an abundance of arousal fluid?

I cant tell the difference between arousal fluid and CM during sexual activity. Both act like EWCM (stretches, clear, slippery). I check when I am not aroused and most of my CM even when ovulating is wet and white. I have refrained from using pre-seed because it seem like it would be overkill because I have so much arousal fluid so we don’t need a lube per se, but my CM is rarely EWCM quality.

How would you deal in that situation?

EWCM is the only stuff that will allow the little swimmers to get where they need to go, so if EWCM is absent I would use preseed. I seem to have plenty of arousal fluid for BD but no EWCm that I can see. SO i use PRESEED, and I actually started using 1/2 a single tube b/c 1 tube was like a "slip and slide" adventure and no fun for me!

It might be helpful to wipe away some of the arousal fluid before using pre-seed, but it all comes back anyway. :

Would arousal fluid actually get in the way of sperm getting to the egg?

there is no need to use pre-seed if you have the good quality fluid whether it be arousal fluid or ferticle cervical mucous. the way to tell teh difference is to check throughout the day when you are not aroused and if you have the slippery stretchy stuff, then you are very fertile and don't need anything except your partner!! Good luck and much baby dust to you:)
