Does anybody know if they'll be able to tell me?

I have to go in for an ultrasound to check for ovarian cysts on Wednesday. I'll be 8, 9, maybe even 10 days past ovulation. If I am pregnant, do you think they'd be able to tell? I refused all ultrasounds last pregnancy, but I think this one is necessary. I'm just wondering if it's possible that they might say, hey, you've got a lil tiny embryo implanting there!
