I've started noticing that the day before my period, I feel kind of a letdown, emotionally and physically. The emotional part is usually a cry and the physical part is like a cervical sigh. Anyway, am I nuts? Does anyone else have these af symptoms? Does it mean that I'm O'ing or not?

No, you're not nuts! I like how you put it, a 'cervical sigh'. I feel the same. I think I'm timing everything perfectly, why am I not pregnant yet, and then bummed when AF shows up.<br><br>
I try not to dwell on it too long. I do have DS to show for it, so I know it's possible, as well as a recent m/c, so I'm capable of getting pg! It's a positive side to a sad event, at least.<br><br>
Are you charting? That's an easy way to know if you are ovulating. I had printed calendars, but I've recently gone onto Fertility Friend. I kinda miss the hard copy, for some reason, I may go back.

I definitely feel it. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/greensad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="greensad"> I think it doesn't help that I want to be PG and feeling AF arrive is a huge disappointment <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/hug.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="hug">

I do. I feel sad and get a little weepy. I also try not to dwell on it. I trust that all will happen in its own time and I try to be patient. Still, I find it hard to want so badly to conceive and to hope--and then to know (again) that my period is coming and that it didn't happen this month, either...

I get nit picky.<br><br>
And the tell tale sign, this soo funny..but I call my dh a jerk the day I start, a few hours before I start.<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> I've done that since my first boyfriend in highschool. Thats how I would know, because I'd say "you're such a jerk!"<br><br>
This last month DH was leaving the house and I said "YOU'RE A JERK!" then I stood there and almost cried b/c that meant af was coming that day, and she did!<br><br>
I'm waiting for that this month, since my temp dropped today. I'm def more moody/nit picky today <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/greensad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="greensad">

I know exactly what you're talking about.... it happens to me every month. I always know when AF is coming.<br><br>
You know what is funny--a few hours before AF comes I always get an urge to test. I'm convinced there's some sort of hormonal change that I can sense & for some odd reason I want to POAS! I think it's the hormones saying :nana:

How funny! This exact thing happened to me the last 2 months! I was feeling incredibly naive and like a moron. And I wasted two tests! My husband kept telling me to wait to take the tests. Glad to know that I'm not the only one who's done that. It's hard, though, because I just want to conceive so badly...
