years ago I used this cayenne tonic that we made during my herbal training. I have since lost the recipe and can't believe I forgot how to make this! I have searched the web but don't see anything exact. the one I made did not have honey but it had horseradish and something else that I can't for the life of me remember. I think it was made in vinegar as you would a tincture? oh an it was really yummy as a salad dressing! anyone know what the recipe is? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/redface.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Embarrassment">

I have the recipe for Rosemary Gladstar's "hair raising cider" that has vinegar, onion, garlic, honey, cayenne, tumeric, and fresh horseradish. If that's what you're looking for, send me an email or pm and I'll email you my herbal database file with that recipe in it. I've been nervous about trying that one given the name and strength of some of the ingredients, but if it's the one that you like, I will definitely give it a try!
