Does anyone have this book?

It is a classic.

It is usually used by most fire and police departments in their training and even for taxi drivers :LOL.

Maybe you can contact your local fire and/or police department and ask if they have an old copy? An old copy that is paid for by your tax dollars already---?

The UCers like that book. You might want to ask on their forum. Maybe someone will give you their copy.

Ask your local La Leche League Group for help in locating a copy. Most groups give lending library privileges for members. Dr. White was the husband of a LLL founder.

Also try your local public library. If they don't have it you could request that they get you a copy through inter-library loan. This is typically free.
